Overview
My MIDI music is made on a Yamaha Portatone PSR 270 keyboard, which is wired to an ancient laptop running Windows 95 or DOS. The keyboard is usually driven by an old version of the Cakewalk Home Studio software.
The Compaq Laptop
The laptop also runs the AdLib Tracker II, with which I did some experiment on that box. (However, I then found that there's a windows port with better screen resolution and more features, based on which I made a Linux port.)
