Who I am
I am Florian Jung, aka The Wind Fish. I've studied mathematics and computer science at the Friedrich Alexander Universität Erlangen Nürnberg, and now I am working as a software developer at Codemanufaktur.
What I do
I have a life, I even occasionally leave the house (sometimes even under daylight!), I have hobbies, and I'm doing things. Things like making music, for example. Apart from that, I'm also writing programs, patches, administering linux systems, or fiddling around with electronics, microcontrollers and the like.
The latter is (partially) presented on this homepage (or on GitHub or my cgit), while the former (the social life thingy) can only be obtained by personal contact. Don't be mistaken that I'll be enrolling my whole life here; if you're interested in that, you will have to, whether you like to or not, meet me in this adventure game called "real life" (it's said to have an awesome graphics engine, you definitely should try it!).
How to contact me
You can also contact me using e-mail (the address is the same for both: the first three letters of my first name "AT" this domain). Or in IRC (IRCnet, Freenode, euIRC as Windfisch).
You can obtain my PGP-key here.
About this site
This site is meant as a place to share my tools, software and hardware projects, my music, experiences, and the one or other rant about random things with the great wide world. I am happy about every kind of feedback (compliments or constructive criticism, both are welcome), please write me an email.
If you like to know how this site is made technically, then here you go.
All content hosted on windfisch.org, unless stated otherwise, is available under the Creative Commons BY-SA 4.0 license. Please note that most source codes have their own license; this is usually a GPL or BSD license, but the code header will tell you.
If you have any questions, or if the license prevents you from improving the world, write me. We will probably find a solution :).
