added support for user-selectable clefs (also treble+bass)
additionally: lots of changes in the organisation of the code:
- moved some functions (parse_note_len() etc) out of ScoreCanvas
into global scope
- created staff_t type
- moved some functions (create_itemlist() etc) into staff_t
